    I am Rommel Mecayer Magcalas, born July 7, I graduated at Bataan Peninsula State University with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering, year 2011. 

    At age 21 I started working in a Manufacturing Company in Olongapo City as Engineer 1 who leads my automation team in Nidec Subic Philippines. 

    After 2 years and 8 months I decided my luck abroad, and worked as a Technical Specialist in Iqor Malaysia for almost 2 years. 

    Back in 2017, I taught for 2 years and 3 months at the University of Nueva Caceres – Bataan a private school located at Rizal St. Dinalupihan, Bataan teaching Calculus and Physics Subjects to STEM Strand Students in the year 2017-2019. 

    At present, I work at St. Francis National High School, teaching Senior High School students, as a Learning Resource Coordinator and School Librarian. 

    In 2019 I successfully passed the Civil Service Examination. 

    I finished my Professional Teaching Certificate gaining 24 units at the College of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Foundation, Incorporated, in 2020. 

    I also successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) in 2022.

My Family

    My parents are my biggest role models. They've taught me everything I know about hard work, perseverance, and kindness. They're also the most supportive people in my life.

    My father is a retired farmer. He worked hard all his life to provide for our family. He's a very wise man, and I always go to him for advice.

    My mother is a homemaker. She's the most loving and caring person I know. She's always there for me, no matter what.

    I have seven siblings, and I'm the eldest. I'm very close to all of them, and we've always been there for each other.

    My siblings have taught me the importance of family and friendship. They've also taught me how to be a good listener and support others.

My Friends

    I have a small group of close friends, and I'm very grateful for them. They're always there for me, and they make me laugh.

    My friends have taught me the importance of having fun and enjoying life. They've also taught me the importance of being loyal and supportive.

    I'm so grateful for all the people in my life. They've made me the person I am today. I'm surrounded by love and support, and I'm truly blessed.
